How do I simplify a fraction?
Divide the numerator and denominator by the same number until no common factor remains. The fastest way is to divide both by their greatest common divisor (GCD). For example, 8/12 has a GCD of 4, so it simplifies to 2/3. This tool shows the GCD and every step automatically.
What is 26/34 in simplest form?
