How to Use the Prize Sign Maker
1. Enter award names and quantities
Enter the awards you want to display beside your prizes, such as Grand Prize, 1st Prize, or a custom name. Two signs fit on each sheet, with additional pages created as needed. You can show or hide each award quantity at the bottom of its sign.
2. Choose a design and paper size
Choose from five designs: Sunburst, Festival, Checkered, Party, and Ribbon. A3 is the same portrait ratio as A4, so the design scales cleanly. A4 works well near prizes; A3 is easier to see across a large room or stage.
3. Print or save your signs
Print creates all pages at once. In your print settings, choose the selected paper size, portrait orientation, no margins, and 100% scale. Save as PDF for convenient printing elsewhere. PNG export is available for a full sheet or for each sign individually.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will the signs look blurry when printed on A3?
Print, PDF, and PNG output is rendered at high resolution for the selected paper size. Text and decorations are drawn at output size, so they remain clear on A3.
Can I make just one sign?
Yes. When you enter one award, a single sign is placed on the left side of the sheet. Use “Save each sign as PNG” to export the sign without the surrounding paper area.
Is my input saved?
Your entries and settings are saved in your browser. They are not sent to a server.
