Reception Roster Maker
Create a printable check-in roster for events, seminars, training sessions, and more. Add ticket numbers, organizations, arrival checks, handout checks, and notes. Print on A4 landscape or copy and save as CSV. No account is required, and your roster is not sent to our server.
Event details and attendees
Enter name, organization, and notes in that order. You can paste rows from Excel or Google Sheets. For comma-separated fields, enclose the field in double quotes. Organization and notes are optional. Invalid rows must be fixed before printing or exporting CSV.
The list starts empty. Select “Load sample” to try the tool with example data.
Use up to three columns: name, organization, and notes. CSV and tab-separated files up to 1 MB are supported. You will be asked before the current list is replaced. Files are processed in your browser.
Advanced settings (sorting, ticket numbers, and columns)

Names, organizations, and notes are processed only in this page and are not saved in your browser. On a shared computer, clear the inputs when you are done.
How to use the reception roster maker
Paste or import your attendee list
Enter one attendee per line in the order name, organization, and notes. You can paste spreadsheet rows or import a CSV/TSV file. If the first row has column headings, turn on “Skip the first row.”
Choose the columns you need
Use a simple check-in list or include organization, handout, and notes columns. Ticket numbers and sorting options are available in Advanced settings.
Print or export as CSV
Print the roster on A4 landscape paper, copy it to a spreadsheet, or save it as a CSV file.
Attendee limit and estimated pages
The tool reads up to 300 attendees. The estimate is one page for up to 21 people, then about 23 people per additional page. The browser controls page breaks, so the actual page count may vary with print settings. More columns leave less width for names and organizations.
Avoiding garbled text in CSV files
Saved CSV files use UTF-8 with a byte-order mark. If Excel displays garbled text, import the file through Excel’s Data menu and select UTF-8.
Is my attendee list saved?
The list is not sent to a server or saved in browser storage. Only the page URL, without attendee data, is used by the usage counter.
