Online Group Raffle Tool
Create a live drawing room, invite participants by QR code or link, and show every result on their own device.
No sign-up required. Participant names and drawing results are shared with everyone in the room and temporarily stored on the site server. Rooms expire three hours after the last participant joins or the organizer acts. This tool draws participant names; it does not manage prizes.

Participants can scan this QR code or open the participant link. The address in your browser includes organizer permissions. Save it and never share it with participants. Rooms expire three hours after the last participant joins or organizer action.

Close entry after at least one participant has joined. Controls are unavailable while an action or connection check is in progress. Once ended, the drawing cannot be resumed.

How to use the group raffle
- The organizer creates a room and shares its participant link or QR code.
- Participants enter their names to join. People with the same name are still treated as separate participants.
- The organizer closes entry when everyone has joined. No one can join after entry is closed.
- Each time the organizer selects “Draw one winner,” one person who has not won yet is chosen.
- The room ends when everyone has won or the organizer ends the drawing.
- Select “Copy drawing results” to save the winners in order.
Data and room expiration
Participant names and drawing results are temporarily stored on the site server so they can be shared across devices. A room becomes unavailable three hours after the latest participant joins or organizer action. Keep the private organizer link to manage the room, and save any results you need before expiration.
