How to Use
- 3 Calculation Modes
- ① BMI: Enter height and weight to calculate your BMI. ② Weight: Enter height and a target BMI to find the corresponding weight. ③ Height: Enter weight and BMI to find the corresponding height.
- Metric / Imperial Toggle
- Switch between Metric (cm/kg) and Imperial (ft+in/lbs) using the buttons at the top. All entered values are automatically converted when you switch.
- BMI Meter
- The color bar shows where your BMI falls on the WHO scale. The white marker indicates a Normal BMI of 22. The dark marker shows your result.
- Ideal Weight
- Shows your ideal weight at BMI 22 and the difference from your current weight. Green means you are at or near the ideal; red means you exceed it.
- Auto-Save
- Your height and weight are saved locally in your browser and auto-filled on your next visit. Tap “Clear All” to erase saved data.
- About BMI
- BMI is a population-level screening tool, not a personal diagnostic measure. It does not account for muscle mass, bone density, age, sex, or body composition. Always consult a healthcare professional for a full health assessment.
